WELCOME TO THE I. W. H. C.

The Hunt Club has been active since 1980 with numerous changes to keep up with the improvements made over the years. The advent of the American Kennel Club's Lure Coursing Program gave us a new avenue for the challenges and excitement which benefit our hounds. Many of our members have earned both the American Sighthound Field Association's (ASFA's) and AKC's field titles along with an AKC Conformation title. Meetings are held quite informally after a trial. The Calendar and Mailing List are updated frequently, but this Home Page is the place to get on the Mailing List for our events! We encourage you to become active--AND learn the correct way to condition your hound for this sport!
